After-Sale Service
- Guaranty time: 12 months (which begins from the forklift arrived destination port date) or 2000 working hours, whichever comes first. Details are according to warranty policy.
- Provide maintenance instruction, parts list, packing list, accessories and tools free of charge, when send the forklift to you.
- Provide the parts free of charge in the guaranty time if the parts break down.
- After the guaranty, you can easily to buy spare parts from us with best price anytime.
Dealer & Agent Support
- Training: Customer can come to our factory to accept training, or our technical engineer go to agent destination market to support you, including using/ maintenance / repairing training.
- Exhibition: We can attend the exhibition to support agent shower, providing catalog , gift and advertising information.
